"Today
it is with mixed emotions that I announce I have left the Cactus
band. After a great five year run, I felt it was time to move on to
my new project, Bremy Guenther Dente. Jim, Jimmy and Randy were and
are fantastic to work with and remain good friends, and of course I
will still work with Carmine in Vanilla Fudge which is getting busier
and busier making it more difficult for me to do both. I wish to
extend my truly heartfelt thanks to all the Cactus fans who accepted
me when Tim retired. Love to all, God bless, Merry Christmas, Happy
Chanukah, and Happy New Year. See you with the Fudge and Carnaby
St." - Pete Bremy
